According to new rumors, we could see a new trailer for J.J. Abrams' highly anticipated Disney and Lucasfilm blockbuster, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, later this month! In fact, reports are saying it could premiere next week on Oct. 19, 2015. This is huge news considering we haven't seen any new footage from the film since August, and there haven't been spoilers, leaked details or anything like that in a long time. ScreenCrush sources insiders regarding this news, and other reputable websites like Slash Film and IGN are confident that this could be true. According to this detective work, Cinemark theaters accidentally shared some pre-sale ticket information too early, and then deleted the update. The sources also stated that the new trailer would coincide with the pre-sale, but also run with the Nov. 6 release of Spectre, the new James Bond movie.

This rumored trailer will serve as the final footage of the film before its December release date, according to the report. This is rare for the marketing side of a film, especially considering we've only seen teaser trailers up to this point.

We should expect an official statement from Disney and Lucasfilm ahead of Oct. 19. Stay tuned for more Episode VII updates as the trailer rumors are either proven false or real.
