Mind Of A Genius signee Gallant has unveiled the music video for his breakout single "Weight In Gold." The singer has already earned co-signs from the likes of Elton John and is getting ready to take his talents on the road over the next month with folk artist Sufjan Stevens.
The music video starts minimalist with a blurry Gallant shrouded in a dark room with little lighting. It slowly builds like the song as colored lights start to appear as rain starts to come down. White light shines and flashes from behind Gallant, illuminating his passionate movements.
Gallant, who has already opened for the likes of Kygo and Duke Dumont, will have to impress a very different type of crowd on this tour. It will kick off in Santa Barbara on Oct. 24 and quickly head to the East Coast for gigs in the North East, before heading down the coast as the calendar turns to November. The tour will eventually turn back inland and end in Cincinnati at the Arnoff Center on Nov. 13. See the full list of tour dates below.
