Last night (Oct. 27), during their Marathon Music Works set in Nashville, TN, Chvrches brought out a surprise guest, Paramore's Hayley Williams, to sing with them on one of their newer songs, "Bury It." Thanks to fan footage, you can now relive the moment.

The footage was taken by Alternative Press correspondent Philip Obenschain, who captured the pop-punk singer joining the Glasgow indie-pop outfit's frontwoman Lauren Mayberry on vocals. The pair seemed to gel well together on stage, pumping up the show's attendees.

Early this morning, Williams posted her reaction to the experience on Twitter, stating "don't know what was more fun - finally meeting these buds or singing a song w/ them love Chvrches so much."

"Bury It" appears on Chvrches' latest album Every Open Eye, which was released just last month (Sept. 21). The album serves as a follow-up to their 2013 album The Bones Of What You Believe and features the radio-popular single "Leave A Trace."

Chvrches will continue their tour in the U.S. and abroad. with support from Mansionair, through mid-February (with only a short break in December). The tour includes an appearance at the upcoming Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin, TX on Nov. 6.

Paramore is currently on a break from touring and hasn't released a new album since 2013's self-titled LP. Back in March, Williams, who recently got engaged to New Found Glory's Chad Gilbert, released a statement on the band's blog about the future of Paramore:

"Even though it's a little bit sad to have to leave some parts of your life behind you, it's crucial," she stated. "There's more to do. You're needed in the future, where a newer, stronger version of you is waiting... Ugh, I have no idea what is next for Paramore but I can't wait to find out."
