Meek Mill attended Monday night's game between the Philadelphia Sixers and the Cleveland Cavaliers. While there, a reporter took the opportunity to ask Meek about Drake and he offered up a rather interesting response.

“Drake’s a Toronto guy,” the reporter said. “What’s your message to him with your hometown Sixers here looking good against the Cavs?”

Meek showed some teeth with the mention of his rap nemesis and played it safe with his comeback.

“I’m riding with Philly,” he said. “You know, Philly’s riding with me, so I’m riding with the Sixers to the fullest. You know what time it is. I’m rockin’ out till the end—no matter how the season goes.”

His retort is a far cry from the venom he recently spewed at MMG label mate Wale. In a recent Instagram post, the Dreams Worth More Than Money rapper threw more shade at his “100 Hunnit” collaborator following Wale’s comments on his beef with Drake on the Breakfast Club.

Meek captioned a photo from one of his performances with, "You can't b friends with someone who want your life.... You can't break bread with someone who want you slice.... Can't b on a team with someone who want you to lose.... Can't b family if it's gotta b all about you! #MMG X #DC minus the f#%kboy.”

Prior to that, he shared a lengthy Instagram post, firing back at the "Lotus Flower Bomb" rapper and asserting that Wale is no longer a part of Rick Ross' label and made sure to let everyone know that he was "making that call." As previously reported, he made a similar statement in July of 2014 when he noticed that Wale had not promoted his DWMTM album on social media. Ironically, Wale is slated to executive produce MMG's highly anticipated Self Made Vol. 4 compilation.
