Ariana Grande has been dissed by a host after bailing on a talk-show appearance. The young singer was scheduled to be featured on The Jonathan Ross Show but backed out at the last possible second. Host Jonathan Ross was not pleased but did manage to scramble together the other guests Joan Collins, Danny DeVito and Sheridan Smith for a rendition of "Nine to Five" by Dolly Parton in lieu of Grande's performance.

Reportedly, Ariana was in town but was not in the car traveling to her performance at the appointed time as promised. When it reached the time that she was supposed to be there she was still not in the car. She was supposedly traveling to the talk show at ITV's London studios after a photoshoot at a Boots store nearby following an entire day of on-air interviews.

According to The Mirror, Ross had some choice words about the singer's last-minute cancellation: "I don't know what it is. We are going to give Ariana the benefit of the doubt and not say anything mean or judgmental," but he quickly transitioned into, "I apologize to anyone who might have come along hoping to see her. She was booked but the lazy little f*ck has not come. Maybe she has gone to her first Nando's." Although Grande reps were contacted for comment, they have not responded as of press time.

The singer does seem to have a full schedule and fended off some major sexism in an interview with Los Angeles radio station Power 106 earlier this week. One choice question from the interview was "If you had to use make-up or your phone one last time, which one would you pick?" To which Grande replied, "You need a little brushing up on equality," in a light-hearted manner. She was surprisingly tolerant and classy considering the circumstances.
