Rappers have a long history of pairing with alcohol brands. Whether they are buying companies, becoming brand spokespersons or just love to pimp out bottles in music videos or at shows, booze and hip-hop are married like rain and the UK. 2 Chainz recently went off on a special trip to Germany for a special one-on-one visit to the Jägermeister distillery in Wolfenbüttel, Germany.

Captured by The Fader, the Different rapper got a tour of the distillery to see exactly how things were made, though not everything was caught on camera to protect trade secrets. He is guided through the process by master distiller Mr. Fritz, trying out a select few of the 56 ingredients that go into a bottle of Jägermeister.

He then heads to the bar to help craft a special cocktail with the help of mixologist Nils Boese, which becomes 2 Chainz signature drink.

2 Chainz seems to spend a lot of time in a random German field with a dog barking off in the distance.

Watch the mini-doc, Unlocking The Craft of 2 Chainz being himself and looking rather puzzled at all of the German being spoken around him.

2 Chainz officially unveiled his new drink, dubbed the "Dirty Amber," on Tuesday evening at a special intimate affair in Brooklyn for fans and guests. It is not for the faint of heart with Jäger, gin and lime juice. Your author tried it out and it definitely had an effect on him and everyone else at the event. With a copious amount of Jäger being poured - there was more alcohol then mixers - DJ Envy behind the decks and a hour set from 2 Chainz, things got pretty hyphy.
