On the heels of his Twitter spat with Young Thug, Future is shifting gears and promoting a new song titled “Last Breath.” The track, which samples the Rocky theme song, comes from the soundtrack for the movie Creed.

Produced by Metro Boomin, along with Ludwig Goransson, the song was included in the world premiere of the movie's latest trailer Tuesday (Nov. 10) during The Voice. “Last Breath” finds Future dropping some inspirational bars paired with the signature Rocky horns.

"I was down on my last when I found myself / I'll be a fighter to the end 'til my last breath,” he raps on the chorus.

In October, the film’s director Ryan Coogler, who’s also responsible for Fruitvale Station, spoke on the music to be featured in the film during a last-minute panel held at the Revolt Music Conference.

“The music was a big focal point,” Coogler said. “‘Eye of the Tiger,' ‘No Easy Way Out,’ all those songs were a massive hit. And we embraced that. We recorded original songs for the movie.”

Aside from Future, the soundtrack will also include contributions from Childish Gambino, Vince Staples and Lupe Fiasco featuring Ayesha Jaco.

Creed stars both Michael B. Jordan and Sylvester Stallone, and according to the official website for the film, it “explores a new chapter in the ‘Rocky’ story.”

The film follows Adonis Johnson, played by Jordan, who never knew his famous father, world heavyweight champion Apollo Creed. After heading to Philadelphia, Adonis is able to track down Rocky Balboa and asks him to be his trainer. Despite his insistence that he is out of the fight game for good, Rocky decides to take on the challenge as he is already dealing with another battle outside of the ring.

Creed is in theaters on Nov. 25.
