Dixie Chicks are back and are getting ready to take North America by storm in the new year. On Monday (Nov. 16), the "Not Ready to Make Nice" trio announced the fittingly titled DCX MMXVI World Tour for summer 2016.
Dixie Chicks rolled out the 33-city tour on its Facebook page. Due to kick off on June 1, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Dixie Chicks will crisscross North America with shows in New York City, Toronto, Austin and more before wrapping up its extensive live trek on Oct. 10 at Los Angeles' famous Hollywood Bowl.
Tickets for the DCX MMXVI World Tour will go on sale Friday, Nov. 20.
Dixie Chicks are not touring in support of a new album, though the touring news has kicked record rumors into overdrive. The band's last album Taking the Long Way was released in 2006.
