Panama, more specifically its canal, has been a shipping destination for over a century now as the east west destination for pacific trade between the Americas and Asia. It is now seeking to be a destination electronic music fans everywhere as a warm weather getaway with The Day After Festival. Hosted by Disco Donnie Presents and Showpro, the three-day festival will be headlined by some of the biggest DJs in the world including Above & Beyond, Jack Ü and Zedd on its 2016 lineup.
The lineup continues the international theme with a string of other high profile bookings. They tab names like Arty, Sander van Doorn, Blasterjaxx, Quintino, Nervo and GTA to all man the main stage. There is a nod to the underground with a lineup dedicated towards those acts like Guy Gerber, Magda, Lee Burridge, Bob Moses and potentially others like Jauz and Don Diablo who have helped to bridge the gaps between the two polarizing spaces.
Split between three different days, Above & Beyond will headline day one on Jan. 15, Jack Ü will cap off festivities on Jan 16 and Zedd will wrap things up on Jan. 17.
