2 Chainz has officially won, by dismissal, the $5 million lawsuit that was brought against him in July by a woman named Christine Chisholm. Her lawsuit cited that the rapper had called her a "thot," the abbreviated version of "that hoe over there," in a video that was supposedly taken backstage at one of his concerts.

The infamous video showed 2 Chainz making fun of Chisholm when she was backstage and not so nicely requesting that she leave the premises. The video was entitled #IsThisYoThot and was taken after the rapper and his studio partner Cap-1 came to the conclusion that Chisholm was a different person that who they had originally thought. It received 80 million views.

A North Carolina federal judge ruled that 2 Chainz calling Chisholm a "thot" was not "extreme or outrageous conduct" according to a report by TMZ. In Chisholm's original suit, she asserted that the video got her fired from a job at a local barbershop because her boss was afraid of the "negative publicity" that people might associate with her. She further claimed that the video has damaged her personally as well as professionally.

Chisholm also accused the rapper of "putting a hit" out on her in a story that goes as follows. She was out running when a Black Mercedes began to tail her, driving into her and nearly breaking her arm. She also asserted that 2 Chainz has in the past visited where she lives to obtain important information on her.

Chisholm subsequently submitted an addendum from the prior lawsuit and uses lyrics from 2 Chainz recent hit "Watch Out" as evidence against him. She mentioned the lyrics, "Shawty said she want 5 million / Cause I told her to leave and call her a thot ... You waving that thing in the sky / We waving that thing at your body / We waving that thing in your eye".
