They don't call the Southern University marching band the "Human Jukebox" for nothing! At halftime of the Bayou Classic against Grambling State earlier this week, one of the most viral marching bands in the nation performed a special rendition of Adele's hit new song, "Hello." We've heard covers, mashups and more versions of the artist's songs, especially this one, but this might be the most unique one you've heard yet! Watch this video of the performance below.

Accompanied by the Dancing Dolls, the marching band took on the slow-burner with plenty of horns, woodwinds and percussion. While we're sure you can't get enough of Adele's voice, hearing the vocal melody through the brass section is definitely worth checking out.

The trumpets section of the marching band shines brightest during the powerful chorus. Basically, they sound like electronica pads from synths or something you'd hear in the club!

Though they weren't marching during this number, the performance is still moving. Considering the song they're playing, you can imagine why.

According to Uproxx, Southern University lost the football game, but this halftime show was actually a battle of the bands, which leads us to believe that the Human Jukebox took home the glory for this showcase.

Clearly, we understand why the marching band is called the "Human Jukebox." This wasn't even the full performance of the battle of the bands. "Hello" was performed early on in the showcase - so what song did they follow that with? You can check out the band's full performance right here!
