Boosie Badazz has some phenomenal news for his friends, family and fans. After revealing that he had been diagnosed with kidney cancer, the "Like a Man" rapper shared on Instagram yesterday that after successful kidney surgery, the cancer has been removed from his organ.
He thanked all of his fans for their prayers, love and support.

Boosie shared with his fans Saturday on Facebook that he was going under the knife sometime this week for a quick surgery that wouldn't take all of his kidney. Now that he had cancerous cells removed, the rapper will have to take some time to recover and recuperate before he can back on his feet. He is already living with diabetes, which has a detrimental impact on one's kidneys.
Earlier this year he was hospitalized for dehydration after a string of shows.
Look out for more updates on Boosie Badazz's conditions over the next few weeks and months as he heals and learns to live as a cancer survivor with diabetes.
Boosie will have to monitor his health more closely going forward with diabetes, which the public found out about after his release from prison in 2014 and now this recent cancer scare.
