The Weeknd has had a monstrous 2015, with two No. 1 singles, a best-selling album with Beauty Behind the Madness and a slew of Grammy nominations. Last night, Abel Tesfaye brought all of that success to the live finale of The Voice, where he performed a medley of his smash hits "The Hills," "Earned It" and "Can't Feel My Face."

The Weeknd kicked off his performance backed by a wall of fire, and his voice was there to match that heat. Starting with "The Hills," The Weeknd brought passionate vocals and his own fire, even not allowing his self-imposed censorship of the F-word to trip him up.

Soon, The Weeknd transitioned into his Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack contribution "Earned It." The fire fizzled out and fittingly transitioned to bright blue and grey lights, and The Weeknd cooled things down as well, bringing out his cool, soulful tones to enrich the middle song of his three-track setlist.

The best part, of course, was saved for last as The Weeknd ended things with his Max Martin produced smash "Can't Feel My Face." At this point, he engaged with the audience and stared directly into the camera to fully connect. This song is irresistible on its own, but The Weeknd's improvisations and soaring live falsetto surely helped matters.

The Weeknd wasn't the only one who performed on The Voice's final season 9 episode. Other performers included Justin Bieber, Sam Hunt, Missy Elliott and Pharrell Williams, Coldplay and more. Of course, the show also crowned a winner with Team Adam's Christian pop standout Jordan Smith.
