5 Seconds of Summer have always been open with their fans about their struggles, and now the band is bringing that to its new music video for "Jet Black Heart." On Thursday (Dec. 17), 5SOS released the official visual for the emotional Sounds Good Feels Good track.

The video begins as the teaser did "We asked our fans to help make this video. We wanted to hear your stories. We were overwhelmed by the response. This video goes out to you. Jet Black Heart," text reads before the video fades to various scenes of 5SOS Fam members singing along to the heart wrenching song.

While the fans emotionally sing along with the song, the camera eventually cuts of Michael Clifford, Luke Hemmings, Ashton Irwin and Calum Hood also bringing their own struggles and emotions to the track, even bringing tears in to the mix for a maximum emotional post.

After singing along individually, 5 Seconds of Summer reconvene to jam out together as their fans find peace both with others and on their own, some even smiling slightly at the camera.

"Jet Black Heart" is the third single to be released from 5 Seconds of Summer's newest album Sounds Good Feels Good. The album was previously led by "She's Kinda Hot" and "Hey Everybody."

The band will follow the release of "Jet Black Heart" with a few media appearances in the next few weeks, including a gig on Dick Clark's New Years Rockin' Eve and a slot on CONAN on Jan. 4, 2016.
