Don't call it a comeback, they've been here for years. '90s R&B group Silk are gearing up to release their first album in over a decade, Quiet Storm, in March of 2016.

The five-member, all-male group that released hits like "Meeting In My Bedroom" and "Freak Me" first hit the R&B scene with their debut album Lose Control in 1992, and haven't released a full album since 1996's Always And Forever. Now, ten years later, the group is back in the studio and working on their seventh studio album, Quiet Storm, according to EUR.

The new album is scheduled to be released on March 4, according to the site, under the Shanachie label, whic is the same label that released their last project over a decade ago.

The group, that now consists of members Tim Cameron, Jimmy Gates, Gary "Big G" Glenn, Jonathen "John-John" Rasboro and Gary "Lil G" Jenkins, has released the first single off of the forthcoming album, titled "Love 4 U 2 Like Me," according to This Is RNB, allowing fans to reacquaint themselves with that '90s romantic sound that the group is known for.

The group had the chance to reconnect with fans during the 2014 BET Awards, where they were met with an ovewhelming response to their throwback performance.

The special segment of the show, which aired June 29, 2014, featured multiple performances from groups like Troop and Color Me Badd, who all left a strong imprint in R&B during the early and late '90s. Though both groups gave an amazing performance, it was Silk that closed out the segment with their hit single "Freak Me."

Be on the look out for Quiet Storm and more music from Silk in the new year.
