You wanna dance freely? You wanna new nose-y? You wanna little money? You better, sue b---h.

Yes, Britney Spears is being sued by a backup dancer from the set of her first Britney Jean music video "Work B---h." According to the BBC, dancer Dawn Noel is suing both Spears and production company Reign Deer Entertainment, after they failed to pay her medical bills after Spears danced "recklessly" and broke Noel's nose.

"[Spears] twirled in the unbalanced and reckless manner, arms extended out to her sides, and forcefully backhanded Dawn Noel directly in the face," according to legal documents in the suit.

Spears was reportedly unable to follow "simple directions" during rehearsals for "Work B---h" and thus "forcefully backhanded" Noel causing multiple injuries, including nasal bone fractures, disfigurement, emotional distress and anxiety.

Noel is seeking medical reimbursements as well as money for a loss of earnings, since physical healthiness is important for the career of a dancer. The suit follows a promise to pay Noel's medical bills, which Reign Deer Entertainment failed to do.

Spears has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
