Sia quietly released both the best pop song and music video so far this year with her dark side of partying anthem "Chandelier," and now she's looking to swing it with a whole new album. Today (May 14), Sia announced the release date, album artwork and tracklist for her new album 1000 Forms Of Fear.

According to Radio.com, 1000 Forms Of Fear will drop on July 8, nearly four months after the glistening "Chandelier" dropped.

The album artwork recalls the lead single's lyric video, with a blonde Sia-esque and Sia-less head of hair floating in the middle of a grainy black background. The album title appears at the bottom of the cover in scratched looking white font. (See the official album artwork above.)

1000 Forms Of Fear will contain 12 tracks with one guest star, The Weeknd, who will appear on "Elastic Heart." Beside "Chandelier," which opens the album, other song titles include "Free The Animal," "Fire Meet Gasoline" and "Big Girls Cry."
