The 73rd Annual Golden Globes were filled with actors accepting awards and making viewers laugh with spontaneous presentations, and being heroes? During an appearance on Tuesday's (Jan. 12) Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ride Along 2 star Kevin Hart stopped by to talk to the host about his experience allegedly saving Lady Gaga's life at the ceremony.

Despite the commotion surrounding Leonardo DiCaprio's face as Lady Gaga was making her to the stage to accept the award for Best Actress in a Limited Series or Movie for her work on American Horror Story: Hotel, it's what happened after she was leaving the stage that made an impact on Hart.

According to the 36-year-old comedian claims Lady Gaga fell when she was walking off the stage, but he caught her before things turned ugly. He also admits due to his short stature, the situation could have been a lot worse if he didn't catch her in time.

"I like, had to catch her," Hart told DeGeneres. "And while I caught her I said, 'I just want you to realize how big my arms are. They're just – it could have been bad. It could have been really bad for you, but I saved your life.' "

Based off Hart's recollection of the event, the alleged fall could have led to bloodshed and broken bones. In order to save her life, he had to clear the area where someone happened to be working one of the major cameras. He went on to tell DeGeneres the 29-year-old singer was gasping for air and they shared a moment while he was holding her in his arms.

Lady Gaga isn't the only woman who's breath has been taken away by Hart. Hart spilled the beans on his upcoming wedding with fiancée Eniko Parrish. He popped the question during Parrish's 30th birthday bash. The couple plans to exchange vows this summer on Aug. 8.

All the decisions regarding the wedding are in the hands of Parrish. Hart admits he just wants to know where to walk in the ceremony and what color he should wear. He's hoping the wedding doesn't become too extravagant but at the same time, he wants Parrish's day to be perfect.

"I am a smart man. ... I just said, just make sure that I know where to walk and what color I'm wearing," Hart said. "I'm fine, I'm just going to sign the check. I just want a piece of chicken, and I just want to walk down the aisle."
