Asking Alexandria have released a brand new official music video for their hard rocking single "The Black," and it's undeniably awesome. The new song serves as the title track for the band's forthcoming and fourth overall 12-track studio album The Black. The North Yorkshire-based hardcore outfit had previously released its songs "I Won't Give In" and "Undivided."

Although it serves as a follow-up to 2013's From Death to Destiny, the new album also serves as the band's first album since parting ways with founding frontman Danny Worsnop, who had left to focus on his new band We Are Harlot. It Denis Stoff's (formerly of Down and Dirty) first record with the existing band that includes Ben Bruce (lead guitar, vocals), James Cassells (drums), Cameron Liddell (rhythm guitar) and Sam Bettley (bass).

"We hadn't reached our destination yet, and Danny had," stated Bruce at the time of Worsnop's departure, according to Blabbermouth. "I think it was necessary. When it happened, I was devastated. I lost my best friend. We even started referring to this part of our career as 'the black period.' It was the darkest time, but we weren't going to give up. If he hadn't left, I don't think we would've been as inspired as we were. I also don’t think Asking Alexandria would still be around. Instead, we're more excited than ever about this band."

The Black is due out on March 25 via Sumerian Records. Pre-orders for the album are currently available on the band's website. The band will hit the road in support of the release alongside Bullet for My Valentine, whose The British Invasion Tour will kick off on Tuesday, Feb. 2, at San Diego's House of Blues.

The tour will come to a close on March 7 at Metropolis in Montreal. Following the tour, both bands will perform at two of this year's Florida festivals in the Spring, Jacksonville's Welcome to Rockville and Ft. Myers' Fort Rock. All currently scheduled tour dates can be found here.
