This coming June 8 will prove to be an exciting day for both fans of YouTube sensation PSY and legendary hip-hop/rap icon Snoop Dogg. On Thursday, the Korean dance and pop artist plans to appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and unveil his brand new single, "Hangover" featuring the one and only Snoop Dogg.

A clip of "Hangover" will premiere on a special primetime episode of Kimmel, with both PSY and Snoop appearing, following the NBA Finals Game 2 on ABC at 8pm/7pm CT/ET.

The official global release will be the very next day, June 9, on iTunes and other digital retailers via School Boy Records/Republic Records.

While "Hangover" is said to be a hit in itself – let's be honest, it does feature Snoop Dogg – the singer's representation reports that it will tease fans all over the world for the singer's upcoming lead single he plans to release later this summer.

Even though audiences will only be introduced to a clip of "Hangover" on Kimmel, the full video will be available via a link on both Jimmy Kimmel Live's and PSY's YouTube pages directly following the appearance on the late night show.

PSY's immensely popular "Gangnam Style" just surpassed the 2-billion view mark on YouTube, making it the most-viewed and most-liked video on the site. The single was released back in 2012 and was followed up with the also accepted "Gentleman," which holds the record for the most views in a 24-hour period.

As to what this summer's "lead single" is, we'll have to wait and see. For now, Snoop's appearance on "Hangover" is probably more than sufficient for our ears.
