Odds are that, if you could pick a compatible dream lineup for a hip-hop tour in 2016, you would think back to the Up in Smoke tour from 16 years ago with Dr. Dre, Eminem and Snoop Dogg, and hope that Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar would also be on the bill. Without getting too ahead of ourselves, this is apparently the ideal tour for Snoop because he recently spoke about his efforts to make this come together, teasing the possibilities of making it happen in 2016 or sometime in the near future.

Mixing these heavy hitters in rap from the iconic past, more recent resurgence in popularizing the genre, and the present champion of rhymes might be too good to be true, but if there's one person to make it happen, it has to be Snoop Dogg.

In a new interview with DJ Whoo Kid's The Whoolywood Shuffle radio show, Snoop shared details on getting the gang back together, and adding in Lamar. The host brought the subject up, which Snoop was more than happy to talk about, according to The Smoking Section.

"We're trying to get it together. Dre said he want it to be myself, him, Kendrick, Eminem. It's a wishlist that can possibly become a reality, if all parties agree," the rap legend explained in this recent interview. "I'd love to make it happen. I love everybody involved and I ain't trying to get all the money. I just want what I'm worth and I'm gonna' do what I do."

Considering Dr. Dre is orchestrating the tour and Snoop is behind the idea, we're in for quite the spectacle soon. Even with one or two of the others missing from the bill, it would be a great tour!
