Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been tight since they revealed their relationship. Apart from publicly showing their affection, it's been rumored that the former No Doubt vocalist is pregnant with Shelton's baby.

The 46-year-old singer is suspected to be hiding a baby bump, according to a report from OK! Magazine via Inquisitr, after she was seen leaving West Hollywood, California's Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The photos on the site show that the "Used to Love You" singer looks nervous while placing her arms in front of her stomach.

“It’s a little unexpected but given that they both adore children, they’re up for the challenge,” a source told OK! Magazine. “But truthfully, they’d be happy either way. They just want healthy kids.”

The “Make Me Like You” musician has three boys with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale namely, Zuma, Kingston, and Apollo, who just celebrated his second birthday, as previously reported by Music Times.

Meanwhile, the “Lonely Tonight” singer does not have kids, and the magazine claims that the singer wants a boy even if Stefani already has three sons and would most likely be rooting for a girl, International Business Times reported.

But the rumor was debunked by Gossip Cop, which says the star is not pregnant with twins and is not hiding a baby bump, and that the grainy paparazzi photo was misinterpreted. Gossip Cop said  a source exclusively revealed to it that the reports are untrue. It added that the report about the couple having a “shotgun wedding” is also false.

The Voice coaches revealed their relationship last November just months after their split from their respective spouses.

“[Gwen Stefani]’s desperately in love with Blake and wants to start a new life with him, but she can’t until the divorce is final. This has turned into an all-out war with Gwen’s ex — and both Gwen and Blake feel like they’re under siege,” an insider said, according to Hollywood Life.
