German trance DJ, Paul van Dyk was hospitalized Saturday night after falling from an elevated stage at Armin van Buuren's A State Of Trance 750 celebration in Utrecht, Holland. According to a recent update on van Dyk's Facebook, the DJ is in stable condition from the fall at ASOT.

The accident forced organizers to shut down the main stage before the night was over. According to a recent post, van Dyk is in stable condition and is under observation in a hospital. Another update will be provided at the end of the week after he is evaluated by medical experts. Armin van Buuren also confirmed the news.

He was scheduled to play the following night at EDC Mexico on the Dreamstate Stage. In his condition, he was unable to make it and was replaced at the last minute by another very capable German-born trance DJ, Markus Schulz.
