Keith Urban is currently on tour in his native country of Australia. In between practicing and performing in front of sold out crowds, the country singer and his uber famous wife, also from Australia, Nicole Kidman stopped by the Monash Children's Hospital in Melbourne to have a meet and greet with some of the kids and lift their hearts with little sing-along.

Backed by the hospital patients, employees and Kidman, the "Cop Car" singer delivered an emotional, and rather inspiring, performance of "Amazing Grace" on the acoustric. Kidman can be seen toward the left of the below video harmonizing (beautifully, by the way) alongside her husband.

Afterwards, the Monash Children's Hospital posted the video on their YouTube page. And in watching, we can understand why.

Check out the video of the "Amazing Grace" performance below:

Urban will remain in Australia until the end of June. He'll make a quick July 11 appearance on ABC's Good Morning America's summer concert series before moving on to Canada to resume his tour. Come July 17, however, he returns to the United States to kick off the US portion of his Raise 'Em Up Tour in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

As the tour progresses to New Hampshire on July 24, Urban will then be joined by fellow country artists Jerrod Niemann and Brett Eldredge.

Urban's tour isn't the only thing catching our eye these days. It's recently been reported by Music Times that he is one of the few who famed artist Lionel Richie wishes to perform onstage with in the near future. No word has been had on that but stay tuned!
