Pemberton Music Festival 2016 Lineup: Pearl Jam, Kaskade, J. Cole, Halsey Headline

British Columbia's four-day Pemberton Music Festival has announced their full 2016 lineup. The bill is topped by heavyweights from across music like Pearl Jam, J. Cole, Halsey, Kaskade, Snoop Dogg and Bassnectar.

Other names near the top of the bill include Billy Idol, DJ Snake, The Chainsmokers, Miguel, Ice Cube, Wiz Khalifa, Purity Ring, Flosstradamus, Steve Angello and Tyler, The Creator.

The lineup will have a balance of electronic, rock and hip-hop across the board.

Some of the DJs ready to go this year at Pemberton include Lunice, Chrome Sparks, Hudson Mohawke, Big Gigantic, Baauer, Keys N Krates, Girl Talk and some of the aforementioned headliners like Flosstradamus, Kaskade and Bassnectar.

There will be plenty of rappers on the bill with MCs such Method Man & Redman together, Bas, Mac Miller, Tory Lanez, Ice Cube, Cypress Hill, YG, Rae Sremmurd, Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg all on the bill. Snoop and Wiz are heading out on tour together a few days later, so this could be billed as the unofficial start to their tour.

Rock of course holds down the tradition of this type of festival as Pearl Jam holds the entire first line. They will carry the flag with other bands such as Wolf Alice, DIIV, Braids, Billy Idol, Cold War Kids, Ra Ra Riot, Savages, Mastadon and White Denim all performing at Pemberton.

A contingent of R&B singers will also be present such as Bully, Kehlani, Miguel, Jon Bellion and Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals leading the way.

There is also a comedy stage that will feature the likes of Cheech & Chong, Craig Robinson & The Nasty Delicious, Maria Bamford, Nick Swardson, Pete Davidson and The Lucas Brothers.

Pemberton Music Festival will take place in Pemberton, British Columbia from July 14-17. Tickets go on sale Friday, April 8 at 10 a.m. local time.
