International superstar Cher recently tried out Fabletics, the online subscription retailer co-founded by actress Kate Hudson. However, after having frustrating experience with the site, the "Believe" singer ranted about it on Twitter.

Fabletics, which was established in 2013 by Hudson and her partners, mainly sells athletic clothes and accessories for women. Yesterday, Cher visited the company's site for the first time to check out its items. However, she immediately got frustrated with one of the requirements of the site. Apparently, visitors must first sign up and answer a long list of questions before browsing Fabletics' products, according to Daily Mail.

According to Cher, this experience left her feeling like she was being conned by the site.

After Cher fired out the angry tweet, JustFab, the parent company of Fabletics, released a statement to respond to Cher's experience. According to Shawn Gold, the corporate marketing officer for JustFab, the questions that Cher encountered were part of Fabletics' introductory quiz. He noted that these were created to help the company get to know the needs and preferences of its customers.

"First of all, we love Cher," Gold told People Style. "We're so bummed she did not like our member quiz. The introductory quiz helps us better understand our customers and personalize the shopping experience. By asking shoppers for their style and size preferences, we're able to save our customers tons of money and eliminate waste."

"We only produce clothing that people want," he added. "I wish we could turn back time and explain this to Cher."

Aside from the statement, Fabletics also reached out to Cher via Twitter to explain the purpose of the quiz. But, it is not yet clear if Cher is willing to give the online retailer a second shot.
