Drake mysteriously announced a few days ago he was starting something called "The Ballet." Nobody knew what was going on until yesterday when at a pop up in Houston he shared he was opening a club in the city named The Ballet. He teased the opening with a post on Instagram and a new tag line "treat yourself don't cheat yourself." The club will open sometime in early 2017.

He spread the news at a popup version of the club in Houston on Monday, Sept. 5. Like the caption on the Instagram post, he said, "Tonight is a different take on how it should be done in Houston. Treat yourself don't cheat yourself. Where the women are on a pedestal and the surroundings are unforgettable. The Ballet pop up tonight for HAW. Grand opening early 2017."

He wants to make sure that people don't get the wrong idea about this club. While rappers do love their strip clubs, especially in Atlanta, he is not co-signing another strip club in Houston. "There's a culture out there of dancing and it's not about no strip club s-t," he said to the crowd.

He continued, "It's really just about these amazing women that we've got in one spot, the music that we've got, and the Houston culture that we got. I just wanna let you know that I'm going to bring it to you in the most honest and genuine way possible."

No other details about the club have been revealed, but you can check out a video of the gathering where Drake describes the new venue below via Billboard.
