Cashmere Cat has linked up Selena Gomez and Tory Lanez on a new single "Trust Nobody." It is the second track to emerge from the Norwegian's upcoming album Wild Love, due out later this year.

Right off the bat, it must be said Selena Gomez crushes this song. The steel drum-based beat that skirts the line between sensual R&B and summery pop is right in her wheelhouse and works perfectly with her voice warning a man to keep things in line.

"I'ma tell you how I want it / Baby, tell me how you need it / Hope you're good at keeping secrets / Say you're good at keeping secrets," sings Gomez in the chorus. She continues, "Cause you know I don't trust nobody / I know you don't trust nobody / Said only I can touch your body."

Tory Lanez adds his own part harmonizing with Gomez during the second half of the song, but it is Gomez who right from the beginning steals the show.

The song is subdued, but also has a slight danceable quality to it that could end up in clubs and on the radio. This will be an earworm for the fall and winter.

This is the second track to emerge from Cashmere Cat's upcoming album Wild Love, due out later this year on Benny Blanco's Mad Love/Interscope. He teamed up with The Weeknd and Francis and the Lights on the title track "Wild Love" a few weeks ago.

Cat, Benny Blanco and Frank Dukes produced the song. Starrah co-wrote the song. Pick up a copy on iTunes.
