You may recognize Knoxa from the VIP mix of "Bang Bang" with Georgia Ku that we premiered back in April. We are back with another premiere from the London production trio as they take on Effie's "Lose."

Knoxa spins this into a proper house tune with low, warbling bass, chopping up Effie's vocal and using it to build the melody around. Sturdy percussion and crisp hi-hats hold it all together.

The remix came together as a by-product of Effie and Knoxa already being collaborators.

"I've been working with the Knoxa guys for a while now & they're ridiculously talented," says Effie in an email statement to Music Times. "I heard a demo of their remix for "Lose" & just knew we had to release it ASAP!"

Knoxa have started to make somewhat of a name for themselves as go to remixers for many different styles of artists. They have already taken on tunes from the likes of Omi, Flux Pavillion and Netsky. This is just another notch in their belt.

Effie has always had her sights on the music industry. With an early start in the E Minor Choir at 11, she is growing into the role of a leading pop singer.

"Lose" was released as a part of Effie's self-titled EP earlier this year.

The remix will be officially released on Dec. 2. Until then, you can listen to it in full here on Music Times.
