Josh Young of electronic music duo, Flosstradamus has announced that he parting ways from the project to focus on his own solo career. Curt Cameruci, the other member in Flosstradamus will continue to lead HDYNATION on his own in the future.

In an Instagram post, Young, known as his solo project yehme2, explained by he was deciding to split from the well-established group.

He doesn't cite any bad blood and admits the decision came after a lot of "soul searching." It was something he decided at the end of the summer, but couldn't do until after this past fall tour with Flosstradamus.

In his statement, notes his appreciation and respect for Curt, the Flosstradamus management crew and especially the fans, pointing to his HDYNATION (the name their fans have) tattoo on his finger.

He says there will be plenty of new music coming in 2017.

There have been signs that this was coming. He was a recent mixer on Diplo & Friends at the end of November. He has also started to release a few remixes, including one for Travis Scott's "Goosebumps." When the news broke last night, fans initially thought that was going to break up for good, but Curt took to Twitter to calm fans fears about the future of the group. In a statement on Twitter, he wrote that the reports Flosstradamus' demise have been "greatly exaggerated." He continued hopefully, saying that it will only get "bigger." "Flosstradamus will continue and I al excited to carry the torch. Josh will always be a part of the #HDYNATION and we wish him the best on his future endeavors."
