The soon-to-be and first ever DC digital series of the live-action version of "Teen Titans" will be starred by Anna Diop of "24: Legacy." The American actress will portray Starfire, together with the Australian actress Teagan Croft who will play as Raven. The DC digital series that is set for home viewing on 2018 is made and created by DC TV maven Greg Berlanti, DC Films co-head Geoff Johns, and Akiva Goldman and Sarah Schechter.

Apart from the ones that were on Cartoon Network, "Titans" will just be the same story of fearless young adults becoming superheroes and their team led by Dick Grayson who might be called the Nightwing, as SlashFilm reports. They are the same DC super heroes like Cyborg but who has been promoted now to "Justice League", therefore the rest like Beast Boy will have to make it good this time on this newest digital service of Warner Bros. Meanwhile, Nightwing may have his own DCEU movie in the future, but as for this time, castings for "Titans" are just as challenging except for the Greg Berlanti who is known for color-blind casting.

Starfire aka Koriand'r has already been introduced way back 1980's for DC Comics Presents #26, ComingSoon reports. The orange-skinned alien princess from a warrior planet will be shooting energy bolts while flying will be represented more beautifully by Anna Diop. Diop has been around doing action movies like "24: Legacy" therefore, Berlanti's choice to portray Starfire best fits her even though some would say that DC heroes are usually Caucasians.

Nevertheless, it is always Greg Berlanti's creative castings that made "The Flash" stand out, as he fearlessly adds in a variety of writers and actors in diversity. Now in "Titans", the introduction of Anna Diop and newbies like Teagan Croft which starts firsts on TV series will have more chances on the big screen with this big break as lead superheroes.
