After becoming an official couple last season, it seems that there will already be trouble in paradise for Walter (Elyes Gabel) and Paige (Katharine McPhee) in “Scorpion” Season 4. A new character will threaten to break them apart.

“Grey’s Anatomy” alum Tina Majorino will guest star as Florence, a chemist who will move in next to Walter and the team reports TV Line. She will find it difficult at first to be accepted by the Scorpion team. When she does, Florence will cause tension between new couple Walter and Paige.

EP Nick Santora teased what happens to Walter and Paige now that they had finally professed their feelings for each other to The Hollywood Reporter. The EP described what it would be like for the new couple by saying, “Will Walter and Paige be happy forever? Will there be hiccups and bumbs? Will they break up and be apart again? Maybe bits and pieces of all three.”

Meanwhile, spoilers indicate that the first two episodes of “Scorpion” Season 4 will play tribute to Sylvester’s (Ari Stidham) late wife, Megan (Camille Gauty). Stidham confirmed this himself. He added, “The character doesn’t come back, but there’s a lot of stuff for Sly as far as Megan goes.”

Megan died last season after she and Sylvester got married. Being Megan’s brother, Walter shares a special bond with Sylvester. The titles for episodes 1 and 2 of “Scorpion” Season 4 are “Extinction” and “More Extinction” respectively.

The future of Toby (Eddie Kaye Thomas) and Happy’s (Jadyn Wong) will also be explored in “Scorpion” Season 4 after tying the knot last season. Santora teased that they may even be thinking about children since it will be the natural progression after marriage. However, he said that it is not something that the show will want to rush into.

“Scorpion” Season 4 will premiere on September 25 on CBS. Share us your thoughts in the comments section below.
