Blue Ivy recently made headlines while at the 2018 Grammy Awards.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé's daughter adorably asked her parents to calm down while at the awards show. Clips of Blue Ivy asking her parents to stop clapping immediately circulated online.

Fans of Jay-Z and Beyoncé could not help but gush over the 6-year-old. One fan said that Blue Ivy just showed her parents who the real boss is.

The hilarious incident happened while Camila Cabello was giving a moving speech. Jay-Z and Beyoncé clapped to show support for the 20-year-old singer. Blue Ivy, who was sitting in between her parents, urged Beyoncé to stop clapping first. She then asked her dad to stop clapping, and Jay-Z gave her a surprised look.

Another fan noted that Blue Ivy may have asked her parents to stop clapping so that she can listen to Cabello's speech.

Jay-Z, Beyoncé Welcome Blue Ivy

Jay-Z and Beyoncé welcomed their eldest child on Jan. 7, 2012. After giving birth to her first child, Beyoncé said that motherhood changed her life for the better. During her interview with Anderson Cooper on Anderson Live, Beyoncé also said that having a daughter gave her purpose in life.

"I realized why I was born and more than anything all of the things I want to pass onto my child and the best way of doing that is not by preaching or telling her but showing her by example, which is one of the reasons I'm here," said Beyoncé.

Beyoncé Gives Birth To Twins

Five years later, Beyoncé and Jay-Z welcomed their twins, Rumi and Sir. In a recent interview, the rapper talked about his adorable twins and said that things are good because they are only 7 months old.

"We are in a beautiful time now because they are seven months and they can't move. They can just coo... they just coo and you don't have to 'wait, wait, wait.' You know, they're not running anywhere yet. We are going to enjoy these couple of months until they start running, and then it's over," said Jay-Z.

Things have not always been good for Jay-Z and Beyoncé's family. The couple was involved in a cheating scandal a few years ago. The "Family Feud" singer admitted to cheating on his wife, but he also said that he fought to keep their marriage.
