A day after performing the song live at the 2018 Grammys, Pink drops the music video to "Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken."

With an appearance by the singer's young daughter Willow, Pink sings the heartfelt song to the camera. The video was shot in monochrome, which provides a stark and intimate vibe to the emotional ballad.

It is a simple rendition mirroring her understated Grammy performance, which is a far cry to the singer's past performances with incredible choreography and daring stunts. In "Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken," Pink lets the lyrics and her vocals stand out.

The music video was directed by Sasha Samsonova.

As UNICEF ambassador, Pink also provided a link to a UNICEF donation page.

"In honor of this incredible organization, in honor of this video for 'Wild Hearts' and in honor of girls and woman all over the world standing up for themselves, I am going to be making a donation in all of your names to this wonderful organization and I encourage you to do the same if the spirit moves you,'" says Pink in an official release in People.

The song was penned for the 2015 film Suffragette, but did not make the final soundtrack. However, the message still stands, as Pink explains in her documentary On the Record.

"The movie is about the suffragette movement, which is women's right to vote," she says. "You have to fight for what's rightly yours which is rights and respect and love and kindness and compassion and you have to be willing to die for it. These women were."

Pink is vocal in women's rights and equality, supporting the Time's Up movement by donning a white rose during the red carpet.

When Recording Academy president Neil Portnow responded to backlash regarding the male-dominated awards by saying creative women have to step up, Pink clapped back with a pointed handwritten response on Twitter.

"Women have been stepping since the beginning of time," the singer says in defense of women in the industry. "Stepping up, and also stepping aside. ... When we celebrate and honor the talent and accomplishments of women, and how much women step up every year, against all odds, we show the next generation of women and girls and boys and men what it means to be equal, and what it looks like to be fair."

"Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken" is a track in Pink's Beautiful Trauma album.
