Better luck next year: all tickets to the two-weekend summer music event, Tomorrowland 2018, are now sold out, according to organizers.

All Slots Taken

Tickets to the music festival based in Belgium is known to sell pretty fast. That is why, over the past few years, instead of just one weekend of partying, the organizers extended the event to two weekends to accommodate the influx of fans who travel from all across the world.

There are still five months left before the festival takes place but, unfortunately, tickets have already sold out. On the festival's social media pages, organizers announced that there are no more slots left.

"People of Tomorrow, the Worldwide Ticket Sale has ended," the announcement read. "All tickets for Tomorrowland 2018 are Sold Out. Thank you for your love and enthusiasm."

According to Rave Jungle, tickets sold out within 64 minutes. Anyone hoping to bag a pass could wait for anyone who was able to reserve a spot but could not attend. However, Tomorrowland is one of the most anticipated music events of the year and, with a star-studded lineup, it makes sense that people would desperately want to get in.

Moreover, last week, the worldwide pre-sale slots also closed 20 minutes after it went live on the event's official website. It is no surprise that tickets would run out just as quickly.

Tomorrowland Festival 2018 will feature some of the best EDM artists in the world. This year, the event will also see performances from pop newcomer Dua Lipa and "Gucci Gang" rapper Lil Pump.

The Phase 1 lineup also includes Steve Aoki, Armin van Buuren, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell, Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, Sven Vath, and more. The event promises more artists to be announced in the coming weeks.

People of Tomorrow, these incredible and magnificent artists will welcome you to the Story of Planaxis. More to be announced soon. For a full overview, check: https://www.tomorrowland.com

Each stage at the music festival will be controlled by a different label such as Monstercat, Anjunabeats, and others.

For those who were able to snag tickets, Tomorrowland Festival 2018 will take place in Boom, Belgium on July 20 to July 22 (first weekend) and July 27 to July 29 (second weekend). The theme this year is "The Story of Planaxis" which hints at a nautical wonderland.

For the rest, there are still a handful of other music festivals happening all around the world this coming summer. Awakenings, Mad Cool, End of the Road, Governor's Ball, Musink, Firefly, Bonnaroo, and Coachella have announced their own star-studded lineup for this year's events.
