Christina Aguilera will be joining the panel of judges on Thursday, March 22, on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 10 on VH1.

On Twitter, the 37-year-old announced her television appearance this week by attaching a short teaser of the upcoming episode. In it, Aguilera shines as bright as the queens of the show in a gold dress and cotton candy pink hair.

"It's showtime," the former The Voice judge wrote on the caption. "Let's go girls."

The "Genie in a Bottle" singer is the perfect choice to appear and judge on the new season of the show. Aguilera also goes by the name Xtina, which matches the "Season X" of RuPaul's Drag Race.

People noted that the pop singer's duet partner in the song "Do What You Want," Lady Gaga also appeared on the reality series in Season 9.

'RuPaul's Drag Race' Season X

Last month, RuPaul introduced the 14 queens who will appear in the 10th season of the show. The individuals will compete in challenges and other obstacles to determine in the end who deserves the crown.

"While preparing for season 10, I realized that one of our contestants was 11 years old when we first launched Drag Race," RuPaul said in a statement. "The fact that we're still here and still going strong is because of our talented queens. They are the heart and soul of the series. And as they continue to evolve and push the boundaries of drag, so does Drag Race."

In addition, VH1 is also bringing back the behind-the-scenes show titled Untucked. The former YouTube documentary series will immediately air after RuPaul Drag Race.

RuPaul encouraged fans to watch the docu-series on VH1 and insisted why the show is necessary.

"Cause, henny, if you ain't watching Untucked, you're only getting half the story," he teased.

RuPaul's Star

Earlier this year, RuPaul added another milestone to his long list of achievements. The 57-year-old just became the first drag queen to have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Academy Award-winning actress Jane Fonda was at the Hollywood Boulevard to present RuPaul with the honor. In turn, the television host thanked Fonda whom he calls his inspiration.

In his speech, RuPaul shared that getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was one of his biggest dreams growing up. He compared the experience to "being knighted."

Aside from television personality, RuPaul is also an LGBTQ advocate.
