Tekashi 6ix9ine just does not stop and is on the warpath once more. Earlier today, the rapper went on Instagram again and ranted about Billboard as his newest single "Gooba" debuted at No. 3 on the Hot 100 charts.

Justine Bieber and Ariana Grande collab "Stuck With U" grabbed the top spot on its debut while "Say So" of Doja Cat and Nicki Minaj came in at No. 2.

6ix9ine opened his posted video lashing out at the chart tabulator, saying he wants the world to know that "Billboard is a lie." The "Gooba" rapper then angrily burst out with the words: "You can buy No. 1's on Billboard." He says the phrase four times throughout the nearly 4-minute rant video. The rapper urged the fans, saying, "You can register that on your head."

He repeated his previous allegations posted on May 15 regarding the "last second" pitch of additional 60,000 units last Thursday for "Stuck With U." This time, 6ix9ine allegedly found out in their investigation that half of the sales were purchased "with six credit cards." He blurted out the phrase about the credit cards five times during his fume.

Daniel Hernandez, his real name, revealed they requested the credit card information but was declined by Billboard, citing that they cannot disclose the details. He goes on with his outburst, asking Billboard to explain how it can happen. The 24-year old rapper even dropped the names of Jay-Z and Nicki Minaj, whom he mentioned to have previously allegedly suspected Billboard's manipulations. 6ix9ine used the words "It's all manipulating...fabricated."

He defended his claim by citing figures from a spreadsheet on his smartphone to prove that he was cheated. On his iPhone, he showed that "Gooba" had 50M streams from different platforms, but Billboard allegedly credited only 31M on the official count. He shows his frustration once more, reiterating that 20M streams were disqualified "illegally."

Towards the end of the video, he dared Billboard to explain what took place, accusing them of being "caught cheating," which he wrote as his caption in all caps and ended it, "AND THE WORLD WILL KNOW."

Ariana, Justin respond to 6ix9ines's beef

On the opposite side, both Ariana Grande and Justin Beiber responded to his accusations. Ari was more than not pleased since only her name was used by Tekashi 6ix9ine in his rants. Beiber's name was never mentioned in the previous posts.

Grande, on her lengthy IG post, wrote that she usually does not address issues "i don't give my energy to drama or strange accusations." She defended their No. 1 spot strongly thanking her and Justin's fans who purchased their single, and she wrote, "never more than four copies each, AS THE RULES STATE." The popstar profusely showed her appreciation for their followers who not just "fight for us to win," but because "they're some of the greatest people I know." The "Thank U, Next" singer claims that "sales count for more than streams."

Without addressing Tekashi69 directly, she wrote: "i ask u to take a moment to humble yourself." She expressed her congratulatory remarks to all those who made in the top 10 adding "even number 3."

Justin Bieber, in his IG story, also attested to the duo's victory, saying that global streams do not count. He wrote the 60,000 unit sales were not disclosed earlier, which he branded as a "strategy." He also went on to reiterate, "This is my song with Ariana Grande." Scooter Braun, Bieber and Grande's manager, also put his two cents worth and congratulated them on their achievement.

Tekashi69 was quick to react and posted another video this time telling Ariana that he was not after her, but he is lashing out at Billboard. He praised her writing, "YOU ARE VERY TALENTED AND BEAUTIFUL." He said he had a tough life growing up and showed a video of his old home where their family stayed.

On another post, he is seen holding six credit cards and captioned it with "Don't worry, we going #1 next time" while tagging Billboard.
