Tekashi 6ix9ine highly expected to land at the top this week with his newest single "Gooba." The forecast, however, showed his song would fall at No. 2 on the Hot 100 chart. Billboard got a mouthful from the controversial rapper who claimed he was cheated.

The 24-year-old rapper shared a video on Instagram on Friday. In this video, he appears to be disappointed, lashing out at Billboard for allegedly "manipulating the charts" and "gets paid for No. 1s." He then showed his smartphone with projected forecasts that he said were distributed via email to all record labels. The first email was sent on Thursday with "Say So" of Doja Cat featuring Nicki Minaj at No. 1, and at No. 2 was 6ix9ine's "Gooba." He read on saying the next top three out of five: The Weeknd's "Blinding Lights" was at No. 3, No. 4 is "Savage" from Megan Thee Stallion and Beyoncé and the last with "Stuck With U" of Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande.

The second forecast that the rapper revealed was sent "last second" on Thursday night, marking the cut-off for sales. It shows Bieber and Grande's collab grabbed the No. 1 with an additional 60,000 sold units "out of nowhere."

6ix9ine claimed further that Billboard sent out "bundle" promotion on a tweet posted on Thursday night to buy "Stuck With U" limited signed copies of the two artists.

He expressed his frustration ranting that his "Gooba" did not get to No. 1 "but Ariana jumps from No. 5 to No. 1?" The controversial rapper who felt rejected said that his disappointment is for every rapper and artist in the world, "every genre" who works hard to get the top spot in the chart but cannot do so due to alleged manipulations.

6ix9ine believed "Gooba" did better at the charts saying it was a landslide that hit over 200 million streams in a week's time. His figures are more than the combined streams of Bieber-Grande duet, Doja Cat, and other artists with new releases this week "double the times," he added. He mentioned that major labels such as Sony and Universal Music "has requested audits." He strongly exclaimed, "So Billboard, the world is watching."

The rapper warned earlier this week on a now-deleted post on Instagram about his fear of "using tactics like payola or bundle offers" to push forward for ranking, particularly mentioning Billboard.

He promised his fans he would be releasing another song next week if they will purchase "Gooba" and if it lands at No. 1.

$200,000 donation was rejected

Prior to the rapper's Billboard frustration, he had another frustrating experience earlier this week. On May 13, No Kid Hungry Foundation rejected his offered donation of $200,000 who stood with their policy to decline "funding from donors whose activities do not align" with the mission and values of the non-profit organization. Tekashi69 felt deprived of his good charitable act and commented on a deleted IG post where he wrote: "I never seen something so cruel."

Tekashi 6ix9ine posted of his good intention to provide for hungry public schoolchildren who "lost meals" due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Again, the IG post has since been deleted.

Daniel Hernandez, his real name, in 2015 was charged and convicted of using a minor in a sexual performance.

No Kid Hungry stood its ground with its "child-focused campaign" while acknowledging the generous donation and politely declining it.
