Juice WRLD's collaboration with BTS' Suga has gained both of them a new record as their song "Girl of My Dreams" from the posthumous album, "Fighting Demons."

It has been weeks since the late rapper's team announced that they would be dropping Juice WRLD's album. This has shocked numerous fans, finding out that BTS member and producer Suga also became a part of the list of collaborations.

And recently, the song has reached the top of Billboard's digital sales this week, as announced on their official Twitter account.

The First Time!

According to Forbes, this marks the first time of the two's careers, as they become the best-selling song in America and to be published on December 21. As shared by the MRC Date, the collaboration single sold over 40,000 copies in its first full tracking frame of availability. The source also noted that before the collaboration arrived, both Juice WRLD and Suga already topped out at No. 2 on the Digital Song Sales chart.

The late rapper's last chart-topper was "Come & Go" with Marshmello last summer peaking second, and Suga, with the alias Agust D, released "Daechwita" in 2020, having the same place as well. In the list, they were followed by Gayle's "ABCDEFU," Elton John and Dua Lipa's "Cold Heart," Walker Hayes, "Fancy Like," and Ed Sheeran's "Shivers."

More Records They Achieved

Apart from the first record they achieved, the "Butter" hitmaker beat his own record as the Asian soloist with the highest entry into the Billboard's Digital Song Sales chart. This was his 16th entry, per Allkpop.

As a result, numerous fans celebrated the occasion by tweeting out "SUGA FIRST AND ONLYK-SOLOIST" and "SUGA RECORD SETTER," attaching tags "#ProudOfSUGA" and "Congrats Juice WRLD and SUGA." One fan tweeted, "congratulations yoongi for this new record, you deserve the best in the world, we're so proud of you." Another fan also posted, "there's so much I want to say but the only words I can articulate is Congratulations."
