This week, actor Chris Pratt had a tough question to answer on the hip-hop radio show Whoolywood Shuffle.

"Are you into EDM?" asked host DJ Whoo Kid. "You like all that jumping and wiggling? The white people dance s---?"

The Guardians of the Galaxy star offered a tongue-in-cheek confirmation before getting serious.

"I remember when Eminem first came out with his album (1999's The Slim Shady LP), and (Dr. Dre's) Chronic 2001 around that time came out," Pratt said. "That was kind of like my Peter Quill mix. Me and my friend lived in a van in Maui, and we listened to that and smoked weed every day. I know every word to that album."

Of course, Pratt couldn't simply let that claim slip without backing it up.

So to the surprise of those in the studio, he launched into Eminem's chorus on "Forgot About Dre," and then -- unprovoked -- began zipping through the second verse (sound effects included).

Later in the interview, Whoo Kid brought up the recent Orlando Bloom/Justin Bieber incident, which Pratt was not aware of.

"How embarrassing to get punched by Orlando Bloom," Pratt said. "Like, of all the people you get punched by, it's Orlando Bloom?

"I would rather get farted on by David Hasselhoff."

Guardians of the Galaxy just topped the box office with a whopping $90 million opening weekend. Pratt plays protagonist Peter Quill, who "finds himself the prime target of a manhunt after discovering an orb wanted by Ronan the Accuser," according to IMDB.

Born in small-town Minnesota and raised in Washington, he burst into the mainstream after smaller parts on The O.C. and Parks and Recreation. He starred in January's The LEGO Movie, and is currently filming 2015's Jurassic World.
