Rage Against the Machine was having a show earlier this week, but the unthinkable happened as vocalist Zack de la Rosa suffered from a leg injury whiler performing and what he did next will shock you.

According to People Magazine, the 52-year-old singer had problems with his leg while performing in Chicago, Illinois, on Monday.

While performing their fourth song for the evening titled "Bullet In the Head," the vocalist started feeing something in his leg.

After the performance, he spoke to the concertgoers, informing them that he had no idea what happened to his leg.

Despite getting injured, de la Rocha continued performing throughout the night.

"I don't know what happened to my leg right now. Straight up. But you know what? We're gonna keep this f****** s**** going if I have to crawl across this stage, he said."

Before adding, "We're gonna play for y'all tonight. We came too f****** far. You guys ready? Let's go."

In the end, the singer was able to finish all their 17 songs before he was carried by staff members going backstage.

As of this writing, there is still no information if de la Rocha was taken to the hospital after the concert or what kind of medical condition he suffered from.

The band has also not revealed if they're canceling any future shows.

According to Rage Against the Machine's official website, their next show will be at the Ottawa Bluefest in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, on July 15.

Their show where he got injured was the second performance of the band's highly-anticipated tour titled "Public Service Announcement."

Their scheduled dates were delayed for two years because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Last Saturday, the band performed in East Troy, Wisconsin, marking it their first performance after more than a decade.

The band took the opportunity to speak out against the Supreme Court's reversal of Roe vs. Wade. They also noted that the United States is the "only wealthy country in the world without any guaranteed paid parental leave at the national level."

After their show in Ottawa, the band will be traveling back to the United States and perform in different cities like Buffalo, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Washington DC, New York City.

As promoted on their page, Rage Against the Machine will be visiting 12 countries and 40 cities in total.
