Many fans have been speculating about Circa Survive's possible disbandment this year after they altered the status of their Patreon for their loyal supporters as well as online fans noticed which members followed others on different social media platforms.

Back in August, frontman Anthony Green broke his silence about the issue, clarifying that they are not breaking up, but rather taking a "little break." (via Loudwire)

More recently, the group took to their social media accounts to share a joint statement regarding the future of their band and it appears that they will be gone for a while, but still confirmed that they're not disbanding.

Circa Survive began their message by saying many fans have been asking where do members stand with others today and they wanted to be transparent about their next move.

"Our future is currently uncertain. For the time being, we're considering Circa on an indefinite hiatus," they wrote.

After years of performing, the band wanted to express their gratitude to those who loved and supported them along the way and the recent happenings have been "the hardest we ever had to endure."

To give their fans a little treat before they enter the start their hiatus, they'll be announcing "Two Dreams," a collection of both EPs along with deluxe vinyl packaging.

The band noted that they have been working on the project for a while now.

Per the outlet, their upcoming project will combine "A Dream About Love" and "A Dream About Death," both were released in 2021 and 2022 respectively.

Circa Survive 2022 Plans

Earlier this year, many fans were looking forward to see the band perform after their Blue Sky Noise 10th anniversary shows have been canceled due to the pandemic.

After releasing two EPs, supporters were hyped even more as they knew the band would be performing more live shows.

However, Circa Survive canceled their touring plans after Anthony Green revealed that he had been neglecting his mental health throughout planning their shows and it heavily affected him especially his sobriety journey.

Even though their tour was canceled, the vocalist was able to share a solo album to his fans titled "Boom. Done."

Speculations about their status began when their Patreon page, which previously provides exclusive materials for fans, will now be just an archive of their previous projects.
