Taylor Swift is coming back in full force for her upcoming "Eras" tour, which is set to start in March 2023 in Glendale, Arizona.

"The Eras" tour is expected to be one of 2023's biggest tours, linked with major demands.

According to Buzzfeed News, some fans, who are called Swifties, have gone as far as to dedicate saving funds for the singer-songwriter's upcoming tour.

31-year-old Swiftie Cayla Jordan explained why she decided to do it, "I knew this tour there was going to be an insane amount of people who wanted to buy tickets, so I didn't want my money to be a reason I couldn't go."

She had renamed one of her savings funds to "Tay," Swift's nickname, after the announcement of the tour; this was supposed to fund her trip to Mexico with friends, however, that might not happen any time soon anymore.

Main Priority

Many Swfties are like Jordan in this aspect, because several have shared their strategies in coming up with the funds to finance the very pricey concert tickets.

"Literally choosing to postpone a car payment to get these Taylor Swift concert tickets bc ya know priorities, [sic]" another Swiftie wrote on Twitter.

"I'm trying not to stress about Taylor tickets because I'm gonna be in Florida when they go on sale so it shouldn't even be my main priority but Taylor Swift is the only artist I've ever wanted to see live so I'm praying for tickets," another fan wrote.

Their concern and panic stem from the fact that the ticket prices are a little steep this time around. According to reports, the "Eras" tour tickets will range from $49 up to $449.

Since her previous tour, Swift has amassed a massive following and has released several new albums and rerecorded albums, which has only put the stakes higher for the long-time fans and the new fans who want to see her for this highly-anticipated tour.

A 28-year-old Swiftie from Forth Worth, Texas Buzzfeed News interviewed declared that she is "totally prepared" to spend $1,000 on an "Eras" tour ticket.

"My friend asked, 'What's your budget?' and I said, 'What's my credit card limit?'" said Kristen Palczewski.
