According to a recent National Enquirer article, Max has a particular pet peeve about his mother.
Even though JLo and Ben Affleck show a lot of affection for one another in public, there are fresh reports that even their children, notably Max, don't like their public displays of affection.
According to a source, Max doesn't get the "Jenny From the Block" singer's need for PDAs with his step-father given that they spend a lot of time alone at home.
Per the insider, JLo wouldn't let Ben go without giving her a passionate kiss as they said their goodbyes before splitting off to conduct their own errands.
"When they were making out, Max's face showed signs of discomfort. As soon as they were finished, he just turned around and fiddled with his cellphone.
Since both of the couples had children from prior marriages, they are apparently making every effort to reunite their families.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have three children together, while Jennifer Lopez is the mother of twins Max and Emme.
They should be able to watch her PDAs with Ben, the "Maid in Manhattan" actress allegedly believes, so their kids can realize that their relationship is the "genuine deal."
According to reports, Jennifer Garner doesn't appear to mind the couple's PDA, therefore they want to continue it forever.
The former "13 Going on 30" actress reportedly doesn't care if her ex-husband and JLo want to display their affection in public like dumb teens by kissing and cuddling.
Another rumor is that Jennifer Lopez is preventing Ben Affleck from spending time with Tom Brady.
This is so because Gisele Bundchen's divorce petition caused Tom, a recently single guy, to dissolve his years-long marriage.
The "Hustlers" actress could have been concerned that their marriage might dissolve as well and that her spouse might be out partying nonstop like he was a single man.

The Truth About The Claims
These reports, nevertheless, should be taken with a grain of salt.
Even if Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck occasionally participate in a number of public demonstrations of affection, it is still obvious that they have boundaries.
Furthermore, there is no evidence that Max despises her mother for acting in such a way in front of them and the whole public.
Additionally, there is no proof that JLo is preventing Ben and Ben from hanging out.
