Another associate of the Young Slime Life Records has come forward and accepted a plea deal in exchange for their freedom following their sweeping indictment, arrest, and eventual trial next year.

Mounk Tounk, formally known as Antonio Sledge recently pleaded guilty last Wednesday to conspiring to violate Georgia's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

According to WSB TV, Sledge pleaded guilty to one act of conspiring the said act, and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Tounk is now the seventh member of the YSL Records who has taken a plea deal in exchange for freedom.

Per a Complex report, in exchange for the freedom, Sledge has admitted to being a member of Young Slime Life and as well as committing crimes for the alleged Young Thug-founded record label and criminal street gang.

"Defendant has been a member and/or associate of YSL since 2012...While associated with YSL and to support and express loyalty to YSL, defendant and co-defendant Garlington and Zachary appeared in a video with another person where defendant brandished a weapon used in a drive-by shooting," one of Atlanta's District Attorney said in a statement during the hearing.

Unlike the YSL members who pleaded guilty before him, Sledge will be testifying on the upcoming YSL RICO trial happening in January 2023.

Upon his agreement to the plea deal, he would be giving up his right to plead the fifth amendment. In return, prosecutors have promised to drop the one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon charge. The terms of his deal also stipulate that he would be recommended 15 years on probation if he successfully cooperated. (via Law&Crime)

Earlier this month, the high-profile case made a significant development after Gunna, the most prominent member of the YSL Records apart from Young Thug was the first person who pleaded guilty after taking a plea deal from the prosecutors.

Unlike Sledge, who will be given only 15 years of probation for his cooperation, Gunna, formally known as Sergio Kitchens, had a way different deal.

In pleading guilty, his deal maintains his innocence in the charges thrown at him. He will also have a commuted sentence, offsetting the months he spent in jail to his total sentence.

As of this writing, it is not known yet if Young Thug has been offered, or will be offered the same deal.
