Is 50 Cent a better boss than Jay-Z? Tony Yayo weighed in on his opinion of which of the two assisted and handled their artists better.

During his appearance at "ThisIs50," the "So Seductive" rapper talked about his career and his appreciation of how well-managed he is under 50 Cent's watchful eye.

"That's why I respect him because we have more of an assist," Yayo told Uncle Murda. "We have 50 Cent so I knew I was okay. He sold 11 million records I'm gonna get a percentage of his fans. I'm good."

Unlike, Yayo, Uncle Murda was handled by Jay-Z, and apparently, the rapper-producer wasn't giving him complete support.

"[Uncle Murda] had to kind of more do it on his own," Yayo continued. "He had deals with Jay-Z and them, but Jay-Z ain't gonna never... I always tell them all the time, Jay-Z ain't treating you like this n***a."

While Yayo sang 50 Cent praises, it also should be noted that he and 50 Cent go way back. According to reports, they were childhood friends, so there's definitely some bias going on here.

However, Yayo then clarified: "I'm quite sure Hov and a lot of artists, they treat some of their artists maybe good, maybe not. I'm just telling you how we get treated."

Riding on Coattails?

Uncle Murda reportedly signed with Jay-Z's Roc-A-Fella in 2007, but left and moved to 50 Cent's G-Unit in 2016.

Unlike Yayo, Murda didn't seem too forthcoming with his thoughts on how he was handled by the rapper-producer.

He did, however, note that Jay-Z gave him a six-figure check and thanked him for his support when they parted ways.

Elsewhere in the interview, Yayo spoke about people's doubts about his career, noting that some accused him of riding on 50 Cent's coattails.

"They can go, 'Oh, you went only because of Fifty!'" he continued. "B***h, I've been to Qatar on my own. I can do my own shows. You could say what you want but I got to a point where I don't really care about people's opinion."

"I don't care about public opinion, or Instagram comments. Because these people are made to break you. They want to break artists. Nobody believes you but I was in Fifty's crib. No roaches and all that. A little spot, small, small spot. Nobody believes in him."
