Shakira and Gerard Pique's separation is the most recent celebrity split that people are following.
There have been accusations that the former football player cheated on the Queen of Latin Music despite the fact that they had been together for 12 years and even shared two children.
Fans are beginning to wonder if Gerard was entirely at fault now that their separation is making headlines in the media, since it has long been said that the singer of "Hips Don't Lie" and the athlete broke up because he started dating Clara Chia, who works for his firm.
Shakira and Gerard split up last year, and it was said that the singer discovered that the latter was having an affair.
However, according to a story by Spanish writer Jose Antonio Aviles, Gerard was not the victim of any adultery.
"Someone very, very close to Pique has informed me that there was no adultery on his part," the author said on Viva la Vida, per Latestly.
He said, "The split and the message that Shakira delivered come as a huge surprise. They agreed to "do what you want and I'll do what I want," but they wanted to seem to be a couple in public.
But in a Page Six article, Shakira discovered Gerard Pique had cheated on her after viewing a Zoom footage of him that faintly featured Clara.

Some are drawing comparisons between Shakira and Amber Heard, who recently took part in a prominent trial alongside her ex-husband Johnny Depp in which they were both charged with assault.
"We all like Shakira, but nobody is aware of how she is in private, thus we are unaware of what took place," a fan reportedly told Marca. "I'm not sure, but considering what happened to Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, we need to be impartial."
Another social media user said, "We were all horrified when that narrative ended. Friends, I'm not sure what occurred there; let's let time tell. That will surface. After a long period of time, Adamaris Lopez claimed that Fonsi was not the villain in the movie as she had claimed. Let's wait.
Social media users are also speculating that the Colombian singer-dancer may not be blameless in the separation that forced their two children to move reside with their mother in Miami rather than stay with their father in Barcelona.
