All Time Low is beginning 2023 with a new era in music, but upon announcing their upcoming project, they already received negative remarks from fans; what happened?

According to Pop Crave, the band is being called out for their official merchandise as it featured a "hospital style" bracelet which many online users found distasteful.

After the photo made rounds online, many fans immediately slammed the four-person group for their recent actions, with one user writing, "This is an all time low, even for them."

"this is disgusting, im horrified and offended at how blatantly disrespectful they are," another fan wrote.

TRIGGER WARNING: The following information contains topics revolving around sexual abuse

Not The First Time All Time Low Got Hate

Over the past few months, All Time Low has been under fire after guitarist Jack Barakat was accused of sexual abuse by a person who only identified as Jane Doe 2.

In early reports, the alleged victim claimed they were sexually abused by the musician in 2011 when they were just 15 years old and Barakat was 22.

The band immediately denied all the claims by addressing the matter, specifically Jane Doe 2's claims, saying the allegation was an "elaborate and fabricated story."

According to court documents, the band's legal team said they had to mobilize and utilize the civil court system to identify the accusers and prove that their allegations were not true.

The judge assigned to the case appeared to have sided with the band as they ordered Twitter to release the alleged victim's "identifying information."

The allegations began circulating online when a number of online users came forward through social media. One TikTok video in particular alleged that the band attempted to take her bra off for their collection and even offered her beers.

Amid the issue, the band released a statement, saying they initially decided not to respond because of "the glaring inconsistencies in the story."

All Time Low added that they never took the platform they have for granted and they respect the "sanctity" of their fanbase.

"it is difficult and disheartening to have to make this statement... we stand with victims and we stand collectively for truth," they added.
