Shakira has topped the global Spotify chart with her diss single against her ex-boyfriend Gerard Pique and his current girlfriend Clara Chia.

According to The Daily Mail, the song, titled "Shakira BZRP Music Sessions 53," is currently at the top of the Top 50 Global Chart and has had over 125 million views on YouTube.

The 23-year-old woman who her athletic ex is believed to have been dating before they broke up is mocked in the song as his new lover.

One part of the song even says, "I'm worth two 22's. You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo. You traded a Rolex for a Casio."

In addition to being at the top, the collaboration smashed the record for the most streaming by a track on a particular day in Colombia and Spain and became the Latin song with the most streams in a single day this year.

The song's popularity on the charts follows the revelation that Shakira placed a horrifying witch doll on the balcony of her Spanish house, which looks over the property of her ex-mother-in-law.

In truth, Shakira's split from Gerard has started a dispute with her ex-in-laws, according to Marca.

According to their sources, the two remained friendly. The breakup, however, brought a stop to it.

The controversial song includes a stanza that is also addressed to the grandparents of the singer's children and claims that the ex-Barcelona defender abandoned her and her mother-in-law in a rude manner.

If Montserrat Bernabeu was attempting to escape the popular song since it was playing loudly inside Shakira's home in Barcelona, as seen in a video released by Marca, it must be challenging for her.

It is uncertain if the neighbors were able to hear it.

The presentation with Bizarrap could be heard two times that day at full volume, according to the Spanish program "Fiesta."

They stated on the program, "I suppose it is so that the in-laws can hear it," as interpreted by the outlet.

According to writer Marc Leirado Millan, the mother of Latin musician Gerard Pique even requested that the life-sized witch be turned around so that it wouldn't directly face their home on "Mas Vale Tarde," according to the journalist.

The production team for the show observed a worker grooming the mannequin when they arrived at the residence to see if Shakira's balcony still had a watch.

Shakira's staff reportedly removed the witch from the scene, nevertheless, after realizing that she was being captured on video.

Later, however, the witch returned to its original position and continued to face the in-law's house.
