Calling all jazz fans! This year's Hollywood Bowl Jazz Festival has finally announced its official lineup and the performers sound promising; find out if your favorite music acts are going to perform.

According to Uproxx, Kamasi Washington has been co-curating the lineup along with Herbie Hancock and their finally ready to unveil this year's performers.

Leon Bridges and Washington are set to headline the two-day event and musicians like Big Freedia (along with The Soul Rebels, St. Paul and The Broken Bones, West Coast Get Down, Digable Planets, and more are expected to play.

The official lineup are as follows: Kamasi Washington, Leon Bridges, West Coast Get Down, St. Paul and The Broken Bones, Digable Planets, Poncho Sanchez, Aziza, The Soul Rebels with Big Freedia, Samara Joy, Lionel Loueke and Gretchen Parlato

Other acts include: Boukman Eksperyans, Butcher Brown, Andrew Gouché and Prayze Connection, Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz Performance Ensemble at UCLA, The Cardinal Divas of SC, LACHSA Jazz, LAUSD Beyond the Bell All-City Jazz Band.

The event's official website noted that additional names will be announced in the future. The complete lineup and single-day tickets will be available on March 14.

The event will take place at the iconic Hollywood Bowl from June 17 to 18. The event will be hosted by Arsenio Hall. For fans who are interested in attending the shows, tickets are available for purchase here.

Herbie Hancock expressed his excitement over the lineup, saying he was thrilled when he was approached to co-curate the performers along with Kamashi, adding, "we hope to create community and connection through the music we make and leave audiences feeling uplifted and inspired."

On the other hand, Kamasi Washington also praised his co-curator, saying Hancock is one of the greatest musicians he had ever witnessed and it's an honor for him to be working with him to create a "one-of-a-kind experience."

The duo is hoping that all concertgoers will leave with "excitement, joy, life, soul, and most of all great music."

Last year's show featured fewer performers which include The Roots, Cory Wong, José James, Veronica Swift, Gerald Clayton, Jungle Fire, The Azar Lawrence Experience, L.A. County High School for the Arts Jazz, Gregory Porter, The Lao Tizer Band, and many more. (via Jam Base)
